Good fan, delivery a bit slow

I ordered a Hunter ceiling fan for my living room during their seasonal sale. The fan itself is high quality and looks great, fitting perfectly with our decor. Installation was straightforward with the included instructions. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took about 9 days to arrive, which was a little longer than I expected given that it was in stock. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a solid purchase and I'm happy with the fan's performance.

Reliable for fireplace parts

This was my third time ordering from Hansen Wholesale, and as usual, they didn't disappoint. I needed a new fireplace grate and a set of andirons this time, as my old ones were finally giving out. My previous orders were for a set of vented gas logs and a new remote for a ceiling fan I bought years ago, also from them. The quality has always been consistent, and the descriptions on the site are accurate. Shipping was pretty standard, arrived in about a week. It's nice to have a go-to place that's reliable when you need specific home items like these. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting.

Smooth process, quality product

I purchased a set of Peterson vented gas logs and a new fireplace screen. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the right logs for my firebox size was simple with their filters. Placing the order was straightforward. Shipping took about a week and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, which was a relief for such fragile items. I had a quick question about the gas line connection, and their customer service responded within a few hours with a helpful link to an FAQ. The logs look very realistic and put out a good amount of heat. The screen is sturdy and well-made. I've bought from other fireplace sites before, but this experience felt more streamlined. Very satisfied with the quality and the overall buying process.

Good Minka Aire, slow delivery

I ordered a Minka Aire ceiling fan with light for my living room, the Artemis model, back in April. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no issues there. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 10 business days, even though the site said 5-7. When it finally arrived, the packaging was solid, everything was well-protected. Installation was manageable, my husband and I did it ourselves. The fan itself is high quality, very quiet and moves a lot of air. The light kit works well too. I had a question about the remote settings a few days after install, and their customer service was responsive via email, got back to me the next day with clear instructions. Overall, a good purchase, just wish delivery was a little faster.

Quick, easy, good product

Needed a new Monte Carlo ceiling fan. Found it on Hansen Wholesale. Ordered it. Came quickly. Installed it. Works great. Good experience. Would buy again.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time ordering from Hansen Wholesale, and as usual, the experience was consistent. I bought some new outdoor wall lights this time. In the past, I've gotten ceiling fans and fireplace accessories, and every order has been correct and delivered on time. The quality of the products is always what I expect from the brand names they carry. Their website is familiar to me now, and I appreciate that I can rely on them for good products and dependable delivery. It's why I keep coming back.

Quick shipping, good product

Got a Monte Carlo ceiling fan. Arrived fast. Easy to install. Works well. Happy with the purchase.

Love my new pendant lights!

I ordered three pendant lights for my kitchen island and they are absolutely gorgeous! The selection was amazing and I found exactly what I was looking for. They arrived so quickly, and were packaged perfectly. They totally transformed my kitchen, and everyone who sees them compliments them. I will definitely be shopping here again for future home projects!

Got a good deal on a Minka Aire

I was looking for a specific Minka Aire ceiling fan and found it here during a sale. The discount was pretty good, making it a much better price than other stores I checked. I wasn't sure if I'd find it cheaper elsewhere, but their site-wide discount made it an easy decision. The fan itself is nice, looks very modern. For the price I paid, I feel like I got a really good value. Shipping was standard, nothing amazing but not slow either. Definitely worth checking their sales if you're on a budget.

Love my new ceiling fan!

I just got my new Fanimation ceiling fan and I absolutely adore it! It looks so good in my bedroom, even better than the pictures online. Installation was easier than I thought it would be, and it's super quiet. I was worried about the finish matching my decor, but it's perfect. I will definitely be buying from Hansen Wholesale again for my other rooms, and I'm telling all my friends about them. Fantastic selection!
